Today, I realized that I don't over eat. I have been eating every 3-4 hours. I start off really hungry, so I order a huge breakfast but I only nibble on the food. Three bites down and I am full.
Then, I am hungry again in 2-4 hours so I either snack on something or I hold it off till Lunch time. If I am eating every 3-4 hours then why am I challenging the weight. (It won't come off)
Most of you are saying "Your eating the wrong foods"!
