Everyday has been a challenge. Specially, Saturday & Sunday! Being home all day anxiety kicks in and it can be a disaster. Why is it so difficulty to defeat weight?
I am looking into the HCG Diet. Its said to decrease appetite and burn stored unnecessary fat. I originally wanted to make it threw this challenge with out the use of any drugs or supplements. But, I find my self to be super hungry during the day causing me to find a quick fix.
My current plan is to give HCG a 30 day trial and within the 30 days learn to purchase healthy snacks, pack a lunch & cook a healthy dinner. Hopefully, this will help me consume less unhealthy calories & build energy to exercise after long days of work.
I shall give it a try and keep you updated on my personal experience. By the way I am still reading the book and it clearly states to diet the natural way but I need a boost!
