First day of my mission and the out come was not good. I started off great in the a.m.
Had an omelet with cafe con leche for breakfast, a health lunch from Shape Lovers, and dinner was a disaster.
I went to Bahamas Fish Market and over saw the fact that I could have ordered broiled fish and a salad. Instead I ordered 2 conch fritters, shrimp ceviche, and a fish sandwich. Good thing is that I only ate ½ of the fish sandwich.
O yeah did I forget to mention that I did not incorporate any cardio in to my day. Other then walking back & forth from my desk to the fax machine or reception area. However, I did some reading online and looked into supplement options to assist my weight loss.
