What a horrible morning I had. Woke up with a large headache, had a desk full of papers to push.
Breakfast - Was weak only had a small coffee.
Lunch - Was healthy and quick thanks to Shape Lovers
Dinner - Way better then yesterday. The Hubster made some grilled steak that I combined with sautéed potatoes and mixed veggies.
Still no cardio was involved in my day. I didn't even walk back & forth from the reception area to my desk. I was not joking when I said I had a large headache this morning.
