The hardest days to try to accomplish a healthy meal. However, I think I found ways to a healther choice.
On Saturday I had lunch at Chilis with my daughter (2x20 deal). I decided on the Chicken Margarita. Could I go wrong with Chicken on a bed of Rice with Beans? By the way it had lots of flavor and turned out to be a better choice.
Dinner was not a complete disaster but close to it. I had 1 mini buffalo chicken sandwich, 1 potatoe skin, and picked on Nachos & Cheese while I drank a beer. Also, realized that my greatest weakness is sugar! I seriously have to find a way to stay far from sweets.
Sunday we had brunch and I selected to have salad, turkey, meats and a spoon of mash potatoes. Not bad, I think. Dinner was not to bad either expect for the fried rice.
I was able to read one more chapter of " The 4 day diet" Sunday night. I shall update you on the book in my next blog.
