I took the day off from work to run several errands & get a massage. The plan caused me to disregard my meal schedule. The meals today looked like this :
9: 00 a.m.- Breakfast at The Original Pancake House I had coffee with 1.5 of a banana brown sugar french toast.
4:45 p.m. - Lunch/Dinner at Hooters. Shared a pitcher of beer with the hubby, also had 3 hot wings, 5 medium shrimp and some cheese fries.
If I would have been doing the weight watchers diet I think I would have scored pretty good on points. I do feel a little guilty for not having a healthy choice every 3-4 hours. After all the day out with the hubby was GREAT!
