After 4 weeks on the HCG program I feel like a total failure. The first and second week all went well. I only saw loses. At the end of the 3rd week I had gained one pound back and lost no inches. The 4th week has destroyed my motivation. I gained 2 pounds and 1 inch.
The Medical Assistant suggested I get my blood drawn in order for them to determine what has been going wrong. Now, I have to wait about 2 weeks for results.
Meanwhile, I will try my best to eat healthy meals and exercise.
