Great News, I now weigh in at 175. That is 4 more pounds lost this past week. However, I didn’t lose any inches.
I am excited to continue with my progress. Only 13 more months to go if I continue on the right track I will definitely make my goal. Keeping the weight off is going to be the great challenge.
I also have been staying away from the sweets, drinking lots of water and trying to train my self to eat lots of salads, fruits, and lean meats.
