Happy Friday - No headache today, yay me!
I got a chance to speed walk at the mall today. Made a quick stop at Borders, where I drove myself crazy going threw way to many books on dieting and healthy eating. I purchased a book by Dr. Ian K. Smith called “The 4 day diet”- Be thinner by Friday. I shall start to read tonight. By the way it’s Friday if those 4 words where magical I would be thin today…
Todays Menu
Breakfast: Omelet with sweet plantains & café con leche.
Lunch: Tilapia, Sweet Potatoes, Onion Soup and a guava cheese cake.
Dinner: Planning on having cereal and milk.

You can do anything you put your mind to.
